 are construction management, general contracting, and skilled self perform crews.  Our clients are throughout the surrounding Brazoria, Harris, & Galveston counties.  When describing the type of construction we do, we find it best to articulate a percentage breakout of 95/5.  

 
95% - commercial specializing in  medical, institutional, municipal ,restorations (both historical and loss mitigation) and LEED certified facilities projects.
 
          
5% - residential remodels, green building, insurance restoration claims, roofing, foundation settlements, and landscaping services.
                              

Team & Solution Perspective

The mission at our office can be directly linked to our Founders and Partners. Two of our executive team grew up as youth at Boys and Girls Harbor (home for neglected or abandoned children). The 1998 Alumni of the Year 'Boys & Girls Harbor'. -- J.H. Modisette is our executive managing partner. Recently he was nominated for Leadership Council; and currently serving a 4 year term on the city of Alvin Texas Board of Building Adjustments and Appeals.
